We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Cinema Team Members to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Cinema Team Member, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the cinema, helping to create a welcoming, clean and safe environment while supporting guests throughout their cinema experience.
About the Role
Working across multiple areas of the cinema, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Preparing and serving food and beverage products to company standards
- Checking tickets and assisting guests throughout their visit
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across foyers, cinemas, bathrooms and back-of-house areas
- Cleaning cinemas between sessions to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Replenishing stock and maintaining product presentation standards
- Following company policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the cinema
- Supporting your fellow team members to achieve operational goals and provide outstanding guest experiences
About You
