About Us
Care & Health is an NDIS registered provider seeking a compassionate, experienced and highly reliable Registered Nurse to join our community care team on a casual basis.
We currently have a small number of nursing hours available, making this position ideal for an RN looking for flexible additional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Develop and review individualised care plans.
- Provide community nursing support to NDIS participants.
- Support medication management and complex care needs within your scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families and support coordinators.
- Provide clinical guidance to support workers when required.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in community nursing, disability care or the NDIS sector.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
