$37 – $55 per hour bonuses commissions

City Hatters is on the lookout for passionate, sales-driven and fashion-forward Casual Sales Associates to join us in our exciting new store located at Melbourne CBD location. If you're confident in selling, have a sound understanding of retail sales, and are interested in a competitive hourly rate as well as an uncapped commission structure, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service and styling experiences to our clients whilst collaborating with your team in day-to-day operations.

- Welcome customers to the boutique delivering an unparalleled customer experience





- Manage the end-to-end sales process to best serve customers' needs and styling requirements

- Contribute to store performance and aim to reach targets

- Assist with stock replenishment and display as per our Visual Merchandising guidelines

- Recognize loyal customers and strengthen our existing customer base

- Gain extensive product knowledge, become an expert in the field of menswear and learn the iconic history of City Hatters.

Skills & Experience

Successful applicants will have strong retail sales experience and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in tailoring, menswear, or luxury fashion is highly preferred but not essential.

- Excellent customer service skills and be able to build strong relationships

- Be able to develop and learn tailoring skills

- Knowledge of luxury fashion and or menswear

- Ability to problem solve with attention to detail

- Ability to remain calm and work under pressure in quick paced environments
- An energetic, warm and welcoming demeanor

- Previous sales experience
