Casual Showroom Consultant – Royal Victoria Collection

Are you studying Interior Design, Architecture, Property Styling or a related field and looking for hands-on industry experience? Banks Benchtops Arundel is seeking Casual Showroom Consultants to assist clients with Royal Victoria Collection (RVC) stone colour selections and showroom consultations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real experience within the kitchen, bathroom and interior design industry while working with premium engineered stone products.

About the Role

You will work directly with clients in our showroom helping them select stone colours and finishes for:

- Kitchen benchtops
- Splashbacks
- Bathroom vanities
- Bathroom walls
- Feature applications

You will also discuss:
- Stone thickness options
- Edge profiles
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Product suitability and usage
- Gas cooktop considerations
- General kitchen and bathroom design guidance

This role is heavily customer focused and sales driven.

You will

- Gather project information from clients
- Assist with colour and design selections
- Help convert showroom enquiries into sales
- Ask for the sale and confidently follow through with customers
- Assist with offcut sales when required




- Maintain showroom presentation and sample displays

Once client information is gathered, it is passed through to our Sales Estimator team who complete quotations and assist with closing sales. Where possible, quotations may also be completed while clients are in the showroom.

Position Details

- Casual position
- Up to 20 hours per week
- Weekend work essential
- Additional weekday hours may become available
- Opportunity to move into a permanent part-time role for the right person

Showroom Hours

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
