Casual Support Worker – Bega & Batemans Bay, NSW

Healthcare Recruitment Hub is seeking experienced Support Workers for casual opportunities across Bega and Batemans Bay.

About the role

We are looking for Support Workers who can provide quality, person-centred support to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.

Experience supporting people with disability, complex mental health needs, psychosocial disability or behavioural support needs is highly regarded.

Candidates with relevant transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.

About you

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Previous disability, community or support work experience
- Experience supporting people with complex mental health needs is highly regarded
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A person-centred approach to support
- Relevant qualifications are desirable
- Availability for casual shifts
- Ability to meet required pre-employment screening and compliance requirements




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
