About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or school leavers looking to gain valuable retail and hospitality experience while supporting our daily store operations, including customer service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Shifts, Availability

- Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends as a casual position
- School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
- School Holiday Availability: High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

- Full availability during peak season (December to February): Candidates must be available to work flexibly, including potential weekend/peak shifts, during our busiest trading period.
- No prior experience required — full training is provided!

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA00119]
- Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.
