About the Position

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Records Officer to join our Engineering Support team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our aircraft maintenance records and systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and an interest in aviation maintenance administration.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and processing aircraft data in our maintenance management system (RAMCO), as well as managing physical and electronic technical records. This role would suit someone who is organised, methodical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

- Support and comply with the requirements of the NJE Safety Management System (SMS) relevant to the position.
- Scan, process, and file aircraft technical records.
- Archive and register aircraft technical records.
- Maintain and update aircraft maintenance data in RAMCO.
- Conduct physical audits to ensure the completeness of Maintenance Logs, Discrepancy Logs, Non-Routine Tasks,



and RAMCO Taskcards, and process records into RAMCO.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for the recording, processing, and retention of aircraft records.
- Second-check Data Change Requests (DCRs) for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic technical records.
- File scanned and processed records into archive boxes and maintain organised physical files.
- Liaise regularly with Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Technical Services, Finance, and Operations staff regarding Technical Records matters.
- Provide support to Technical Library functions as directed.
- Retrieve physical and electronic records when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the CAMO and Engineering Support team.
- Undertake other administrative and records-related tasks as required within the CAMO.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

- Completion of SACE or equivalent.
- Experience with RAMCO or similar maintenance management systems.
- Previous experience in an aviation maintenance or technical records environment.

Important

This is an on-site position based in Adelaide, SA. The successful applicant will be required to work in person and handle both physical and electronic aircraft technical records.
