About the role To provide a catering service to 13 front of house meeting rooms (split over 2 floors) at Brookfield's headquarters at Brookfield Place - 10 Carrington Street Sydney. The role provides a service to staff and Brookfield's external clients for events during business hours and after-hours onsite at Brookfield Place including boardroom meetings, formal lunches, onsite staff training events, staff drinks and external events held throughout the year for Brookfield affiliated partners.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver a professional workplace catering service to Brookfield clients, management, and staff
- Service 13 front of house meeting rooms with tea, coffee, and water
- Action catering requests from business representatives
- Liaise with third-party suppliers regarding catering orders
- Set up rooms with water and clear prior to the next meeting
- Monitor stock levels in the catering kitchen and order new supplies when needed
- Recommend new catering suppliers that meet criteria including value for money, quality of product, and ability to deliver to premises




- Send all staff invites for monthly staff birthday morning teas and monthly Friday night drinks
- Manage expenses for ordering catering supplies and reconcile expenses on AMEX card monthly for ad-hoc catering purchases
- Accommodate ad-hoc after-business hours events onsite including setup spaces, order catering, and waiter service
