An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at Osborne Park Kia & MG.

This role is ideal for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership or an existing Assistant Manager looking for a new opportunity within a busy, multi-brand dealership.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will assist in leading the sales team, driving performance and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department and play an significant role in developing the team and achieving dealership targets.

Key responsibilities will include

- Supporting the Sales Manager with the day-to-day management of the Sales Department
- Assisting in leading, motivating and developing the sales team
- Driving sales performance and supporting the achievement of dealership targets
- Providing coaching, guidance and ongoing support to Sales Consultants
- Assisting with customer enquiries, negotiations and vehicle sales
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Monitoring leads, prospecting activity and customer follow-up
- Assisting with the management of vehicle stock and sales activities
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and promotional initiatives
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- Assisting with the resolution of escalated customer matters
- Stepping into the Sales Manager's responsibilities when required




- Ensuring dealership processes, policies and procedures are consistently followed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Proven automotive sales experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- The ability to motivate, coach and support a sales team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive, professional and results-focused approach
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A current driver's licence
