Are you an experienced Centre Director looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make your mark?

anzuk Education is partnering with a growing early childhood provider opening brand-new services across South West Sydney. With multiple Centre Director opportunities available, we're looking for experienced leaders who want the chance to build a team, establish a positive culture and shape a new service from the very beginning.

With further growth planned, there is also genuine scope to progress into Area Manager and broader multi-site leadership positions as the organisation expands.

About the role As Centre Director, you'll take overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day operations of the service.

A key focus will be building a strong team and creating a positive culture from the outset. You'll work closely with the wider management team through the opening process, supporting recruitment, enrolments and operational readiness before leading the centre through its next stage of growth.

You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across quality, compliance, team performance, family relationships,



occupancy and the overall operation of the service.

About you

We're looking for an experienced early childhood leader who can bring people with them and is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

You'll ideally have

- Previous experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager or senior early childhood leader
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong people leadership and team-building skills
- A sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing the operational and commercial aspects of an early learning service
- Confidence building relationships with families and the local community
- A hands-on, supportive leadership style
- Current Working with Children Check
