Change Delivery Lead – Large Utilities Organisation

- 6 month contract w/ extensions
- $1000 - $1250 p/d + super (based on experience)
- Sydney CBD / WFH

Primary Purpose of the Role: Lead the change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities for a major technology and business transformation program. The role will support the implementation and integration of new systems and processes, ensuring impacted teams are prepared, engaged and supported through the change.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop and execute change management and communication plans across the program.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, mapping and change impact assessments.
- Develop targeted communications and supporting change content.
- Support business readiness across design, build, test and deployment phases.
- Coordinate industrial relations consultation activities where required.
- Support the development and delivery of end-user training.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Monitor change activities, risks and adoption, providing insights to project teams.




- Apply established change management tools, methodologies and standards.

Essential Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in Change Management, Change Delivery or related project roles.
- Robust experience delivering large-scale technology, process or organisational transformation.
- Experience supporting complex industrial relations consultation programs.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of Agile delivery environments.
- Experience applying Prosci or another recognised Change Management methodology.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or Change Management certification.
