Change Lead (Contract)
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a significant business transformation program within a customer-focused operational setting.
Working closely with the Project Manager and operational leaders, you will be responsible for helping teams successfully adopt current systems, processes and ways of working. This role is focused on people, engagement, communication and implementation, ensuring change is embedded and delivers lasting benefits for both employees and customers.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced change professional who enjoys being visible within the business, building relationships with frontline teams and supporting people through change.
Contract Position | Immediate Start | Through to December 2026
The Opportunity
You will work across operational teams to support the successful rollout of new customer service capabilities and business improvements.
Responsibilities include
- Leading stakeholder engagement activities across operational teams.
- Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and change discussions.
- Developing and delivering practical communications, training and change plans.
- Supporting frontline leaders through periods of change and transition.
- Identifying adoption risks and proactively addressing resistance.
- Coaching leaders and change champions to reinforce new behaviours.
- Supporting implementation activities and coordinating post-go-live hypercare.
- Monitoring adoption, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
- Reporting on change progress, adoption and outcomes.
- Working closely with project,
training and operational teams to ensure changes are successfully embedded.
About You You are a practical and engaging change professional who enjoys working directly with people and helping teams navigate change successfully.
You will bring
- Demonstrated experience delivering change in complex operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Workshop facilitation and training delivery experience.
- Proven capability developing and executing change and communications plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting frontline teams and coaching leaders through change.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
- A hands-on, visible and collaborative approach to change delivery.
Highly Regarded
- Formal change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP or similar).
- Experience supporting technology, digital or customer service transformation programs.
- Exposure to contact centre, telephony or customer operations environments.
- Experience measuring adoption and perks realisation.
- Lean, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement experience.
