We are currently looking for qualified, experienced, motivated and committed Chefs to join our successful kitchen team. Our team is passionate about consistent high-quality food, and we pride ourselves on being a hardworking and supportive team, we believe the success of our Club is our people.

To be successful, you will have:

- Excellent cooking skills and an interest in developing them further
- Minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Previous relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Pride and consistency in the food served up

As a Chef you will be expected to:
- Prepare and cook food to the required standard
- Collaborate with the Executive & Head Chef in producing recent menus when required
- Ensure the standard of cooking is maintained and consistent at all times




- Ensure you follow all food safety measures and report any unsafe procedures to the senior chef on duty
- Follow instructions from the senior chef on duty
