This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Chefs to join the Food Operations team – with Executive Chef Jake Kellie – in creating next level food offerings to guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards during both preparation and service.
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Support senior chefs in achieving daily operational and service goals
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness as per standards and compliance
- Contribute positively to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with the broader kitchen team to deliver a seamless service

About you





- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a busy service environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge
