An exciting opportunity is now available for aChef De Partie at the Hedland Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotels Executive Chef, this hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotel kitchen that services the restaurants, bars and the many functions and events hosted.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
- Assist with stock control, rotation, and inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas for recent dishes and menu improvements

What We're Looking For:





- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure - high volume a la carte kitchen
- Familiarity with fryer, grill (steaks) pans or hand stretched pizza
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential
