About the role The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the Company's strategy, operations and performance to deliver sustainable growth and long term shareholder value. Reporting to the Board, the CEO implements the agreed strategy, manages the Company within delegated authority, builds a strong leadership team and an accountable, ethical culture. The role also oversees financial performance, risk and compliance, stakeholder relationships and ensures the Board receives clear and timely progress reports.

The CEO is Orcoda's most senior commercial leader with direct responsibility for customers, revenue and major opportunities. The CEO is expected to stay close to the market, engage personally with key customers and prospects and lead important commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Own the Group's revenue, ARR and sales performance
- Maintain direct relationships with key customers and strategic prospects
- Lead or actively sponsor major sales opportunities
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with clear ownership and conversion targets
- Drive new customer acquisition, customer retention and upselling across the Group
- Translate the approved strategy into clear team priorities, budgets and implementation plans
- Drive adoption of Transport360 and Contractor360 and pursue commercial opportunities across the Group
- Ensure agreed initiatives are executed with urgency and clear accountability




- Take responsibility and accountability for agreed revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow and profitability
- Lead the executive team with cascading and clear accountabilities to achieve the strategic goals

About you

- Proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer or equivalent senior commercial leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention
- Robust financial acumen and experience managing P&L;, EBITDA and cash flow
- Experience building and leading high-performing executive teams
- Ability to develop strategy and execute with urgency and accountability
- Experience in software, SaaS or technology-enabled services preferred
- Understanding of ASX obligations, governance and regulatory compliance
- Ability to engage effectively with Boards and shareholders
