We’re looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to join our Redcliffe store team for our busiest time of year! ??

This is a seasonal casual position running across November 2026 – January 2027. Full availability throughout this entire period is essential, including weekdays, weekends and the busy Christmas/New Year retail period.

About the role

You’ll be helping create the warm, welcoming in-store experience our community knows and loves. Your day-to-day will include:

- Providing friendly and genuine customer service
- Helping customers with styling, sizing and product recommendations
- Processing sales and returns
- Replenishing and maintaining stock
- Keeping the store beautifully presented
- Assisting with fitting rooms
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods
- Helping with general opening, closing and store tasks

About you We’d love to hear from you if you:





- Have full availability from November through January
- Are available across weekdays and weekends
- Are confident, approachable and love chatting with customers
- Enjoy fashion and styling
- Work well in a quick-paced team environment
- Are reliable, proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed
- Have retail or customer service experience — preferred, but not essential
