We’re partnering with a well-backed national civil contractor to appoint a Civil Construction Manager QLD who will work closely with a highly regarded General Manager, lead major civil infrastructure projects and help shape how the Queensland operation grows.

With all the key metrics of business success continuing to trend upwards and a robust forward pipeline, this is an opportunity to have real influence well beyond a single project.

What you'll do You'll lead the delivery and commercial performance of major civil projects while providing direction to Project Managers,



Senior Project Engineers and broader project teams.

Your focus will include

- Project delivery, program, cost, quality, risk and HSEQ performance.
- Budgets, forecasting, procurement, variations, claims and commercial risk.
- Client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
- Developing people, strengthening project capability and improving delivery systems.
- Supporting repeat work and future business opportunities.

What we're looking for This role will suit an experienced civil construction leader with:

- 10–15+ years' civil construction experience and a track record delivering $10M–$100M+ projects.
- Strong leadership experience across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proven commercial and contract management capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- A practical approach to HSEQ and project delivery.
- The judgement, communication skills and commercial acumen to operate at a senior level.
