Great drinks deserve a great setting. At Cibaria Manly, Italian food and drink meet the energy of the Manly beachfront. Our 350-seat venue brings together a caffetteria, trattoria, gelateria, bar and event spaces, with something happening from the first coffee of the day to the last cocktail of the night.
We’re looking for skilled Cocktail Bartenders who can bring confidence, personality and craft to the bar. If you love a busy service, know your classics and enjoy introducing guests to something current, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Make consistently excellent cocktails and serve wine, beer and spirits with confidence
- Help guests discover drinks they’ll love, from familiar favourites to Italian aperitivi
- Bring warmth and energy to every interaction
- Keep the bar clean, organised, stocked and ready for service
- Work closely with the floor team to keep service flowing
What you’ll bring
- Full Australian working rights
- current NSW RSA Certificate
- At least two years’ experience behind the bar
- Strong cocktail knowledge and attention to detail
- A calm, organised approach when the venue gets busy
- Clear English communication and professional presentation
- Strong knowledge around Italian amari

Pay: $33.85 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week

- Will you have any issues with commute to and from work as the bar is located in Manly, opens at 10 AM till late night? Please be advised that bar has rotating roster starting from 9 AM with finishes till late 7 days.
- Bar has coffee machine and caters to guests with coffee orders as well. Are you able to make coffees? How would you rate your coffee skills from 1-10?
