Key Requirements

- Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

- Construction Induction (White) Card.

- Ability to follow safe work procedures and adhere to site requirements.

- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to their work and team.

- Physically fit, motivated, and possess a robust work ethic.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities

General Labourer

- Assist with earthworks, trenching, underground services, road construction and reinstatement.

- Perform general labouring including digging, shovelling, raking, compacting, site clean-up and spotting plant.

- Use hand tools, power tools and small plant such as plate compactors.

- Gain experience operating basic plant, including rollers and water carts.

- Assist plant operators and tradespeople as required.

Ingrounds Labourer

- Assist with trenching, pit building, and pipe and conduit laying.

- Perform general labouring including digging, shovelling, raking, compacting, site clean-up and spotting plant.





- Use hand tools, power tools and small plant such as plate compactors.

- Assist plant operators and tradespeople as required.

- Complete pre-start inspections and basic plant maintenance.

- Gain experience operating basic plant, including rollers and water carts.
