CELOTTI WORKFORCE is is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers / Minor Plant Operators for our clients' projects based in Toowoomba, QLD.

This role will see you working on a range of civil construction projects assisting site crews with labouring duties while operating minor plant and equipment as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- General civil labouring duties on subdivision and road construction projects
- Operating minor plant such as rollers, skid steers and other small equipment
- Assisting with site preparation including trenching, pipe laying support and spotting machinery
- Working alongside machine operators and civil crews to keep projects moving
- Maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to all safety procedures

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 12 months experience working on civil construction projects
- Experience on subdivision or road works highly regarded
- Experience operating minor plant and equipment on site
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work within a team workplace
- Valid Construction White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant plant tickets or VOCs (Roller, Skid Steer, etc.) highly regarded

What We Can Offer:

- Highly competitive pay rates | $35P/H - $40P/H Flat Rate depending on experience
- Weekly Pay
