While previous experience in the civil / construction industry, traffic management, or general labouring is an advantage, we also encourage entry-level candidates to apply as training will be provided on the job.

Key Requirements:

- Current and valid Driver's License and your own reliable transport.
- Construction Induction (White) Card.
- Ability to follow safe work procedures and adhere to site requirements.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, small equipment, and manual tasks related to civil construction work, an advantage.
- Physically fit, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable and dedicated to their work and team.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities:

General Labourer





- General civil labouring: digging, site clean-up, fencing and more
- Following protected work procedures and site requirements
- Safely operating small plant and hand tools
- Opportunities to operate basic plant equipment (rollers, water carts)
- General labouring duties such as sweeping, digging, site clean-up, and fencing.

Ingrounds Labourer:
- Ingrounds labouring duties such as pit building and assisting with pipe and conduit laying.
- Operating small plant and equipment, including plate compactors and quick cuts.
- Gaining working knowledge and experience operating general basic plant equipment such as rollers and watercarts.
- Assist with cable truck and winch operations.
- Assist with rod and rope of underground conduits.
- Assist with internal conduit and cable installations.
- General labouring tasks such as sweeping, digging, site clean-up, and fencing.
