About TSDB:

Tonkin Schutz Design Build (TSDB) is a progressive, privately owned South Australian design and construct commercial contractor with over 25 years of industry experience. TSDB are seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our existing Civil Team on projects across Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bulk earthworks
- Demolition
- Carparks/services/footings
- General construction site works
- Operating plant and machinery, such as excavator and skidsteer – including completing prestart documentation
- Preparing work sites by clearing grass, scrub, topsoil and debris
- Loading, unloading and transporting construction materials and equipment
- Assist with traffic management where required

About You:

- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Self motivated
- Experience and ability to work with other trades on site is essential
- Robust communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Keen eye for detail and quality




- Ability to take direction and a positive working attitude
- Experience operating excavator and skidsteer

Desirable tickets and licences:

- White Card - Required
- Minimum requirements – current HR Licence, excavator and skidsteer tickets
- Preferred but not essential – roller VOC, dogging ticket
- Cert 3 in Civil Construction desirable, but not essential

Remuneration: Salary will be negotiated based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications and tickets held.
