Due to the start of a recent longterm project in Bundaberg, Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking multiple Civil Operators and Skilled Labourers to join the team immediately for upcoming civil projects.

Job Details

- Transport and Main Road Projects
- Major Civil Infrastructure Projects
- 10-12 hour days (5/2)
- $43/hr - $55/hr + Penalties after 7.6 hours + Super

Available Roles

- Excavator Operators
- Moxy / Dump Truck Operators
- Roller Operators
- Water Cart Operators
- Skilled Civil Labourers

What We’re Looking For

- Previous civil construction experience
- Relevant tickets and operating experience
- White Card
- Ability to pass site Drug & Alcohol testing
- Reliable transport and driver’s licence
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety




- GPS / Final Trim experience highly regarded
