Manage claims from lodgement to resolution with a supportive insurance broking team.

We’re working with an established insurance brokerage seeking a Claims Officer to join its Adelaide team. You’ll work closely with brokers, manage a varied caseload and help clients navigate the claims process.

The role

- Manage claims from initial lodgement through to resolution.
- Act as a key contact for clients and work closely with an allocated broker.
- Follow up outstanding information and delays to keep claims moving.
- Liaise and negotiate with relevant parties to progress outcomes.
- Handle a mix of claims, with different challenges each day.

About you

- Ideally 3+ - 15+ years of claims experience
- Experience with an insurer or insurance broker is preferred.




- Commercial or domestic claims experience is welcome.
- You’re personable, organised and interested in building a long-term career in claims.
