The Class Teacher’s primary responsibility is to deliver the Australian Steiner Curriculum in alignment with the educational philosophy and pedagogical principles of Steiner education, as adopted by the school.

In fulfilling this role, the Class Teacher works collaboratively with colleagues, the College of Teachers, and the broader school community, while adhering to the school’s policies, procedures, and qualified expectations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the wellbeing and holistic development of children and will seek to cultivate meaningful, respectful, and professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues. They will embody integrity, responsibility, and a genuine dedication to their own professional and personal growth.
