HammondCare is seeking an experienced permanent, full time Clinical Educator.
The role can be based flexibly across HammondCare locations, with hybrid work between home and office and regular travel to support teams.
You will deliver evidence-based clinical education, coach staff in-practice, and help implement updated procedures while maintaining records of outcomes and actions.
Travel costs are reimbursed.
