Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate: $* per hour

About the Role
Our client is a small, modern and exceptionally clean manufacturing facility located in Wetherill Park.
The business uses high tech machinery to manufacture small to medium-sized boxes and is looking for a reliable Process Worker / Pick Packer to join their friendly team.
This is a straightforward role that would suit someone who enjoys hands on work, routine tasks and working as part of a small team.
Your Responsibilities
Remove finished boxes from the production machinery
Check products for quality
Pack and stack finished products
Prepare products for dispatch
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Follow workplace safety and production procedures
Work consistently and efficiently throughout the day
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable and punctual




Is comfortable standing for extended periods
Enjoys repetitive, hands on work
Has a good work ethic and positive attitude
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
Is physically capable of packing and stacking products
Has a willingness to learn
Positive reading and writing skills – for reading labels
Safety minded
Previous factory or pick-packing experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
