Cleaner – TUC Cleaning Co

Casual | Perth | Daytime Hours TUC Cleaning Co is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners to join our core cleaning team.

We provide professional cleaning services across Perth, with a focus on post-construction, builders, sparkle and commercial cleaning.

As a social enterprise of The Underground Collaborative, our work also creates employment and training opportunities for women and young people facing barriers to employment. Our core cleaners are an important part of delivering a consistently high standard of service to our clients while working alongside and supporting our broader team.

About the role

You’ll work across a variety of cleaning projects throughout the Perth metro area. No two days are necessarily the same, and we’re looking for people who are happy to get stuck in and take pride in leaving a job looking great.

Duties may include

- Builders, handover and sparkle cleans
- Commercial cleaning
- Removing construction dust, stickers and residue
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry and fixtures
- Window, glass and track cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and detailed floor cleaning
- General detailed cleaning and presentation
- Working independently and alongside other members of the TUC Cleaning Co team

You’ll travel to and from jobs with the team in our TUC Cleaning Co van, so there’s no need to use your own vehicle between sites.

About you

We’re looking for people who are dependable, have a great work ethic and genuinely care about the quality of their work.



Construction cleaning and/or commercial cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential.

You’ll ideally have

- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Construction/builders cleaning experience – desirable
- Commercial cleaning experience – desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - desirable
- The physical ability to undertake hands-on cleaning work
- A White Card, or willingness to obtain one
