About the role The Administration & Finance Clerk will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, financial processing, payroll support, and NDIS claiming functions within the organisation. You will be the central point for administration operations, ensuring participant records, invoicing, compliance documentation, payroll information, and financial reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

- Process and reconcile NDIS claims through PRODA and the NDIS MyPlace Portal

- Review service bookings and funding availability

- Monitor claiming exceptions, payment rejections, and remittance advice

- Investigate and resolve claiming discrepancies

- Maintain participant records and service agreements

- Ensure participant documentation remains current and compliant

- Process accounts payable and receivable





- Generate participant invoices and statements

- Complete bank reconciliations in Xero

- Review and process employee timesheets

About you

- Advanced knowledge of PRODA and the NDIS MyPlace Portal

- Proven experience processing NDIS claims and invoices

- Solid experience using Xero

- Experience completing bank reconciliations

- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable

- Strong payroll administration experience

- Sound understanding of SCHADS Award classifications and pay structures

- Experience processing timesheets and interpreting award conditions

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
