Tired of long hours on your feet cutting hair or doing back-to-back treatments, but love the hair and beauty industry?

Catwalk.com.au has been an Australian staple in premium hair and beauty since 2001. We are looking for an experienced hairdresser, beauty therapist, or passionate product specialist to take ownership of our Gladesville retail and wholesale showroom.

In this role, you will be the showroom’s primary product authority—delivering tailored recommendations across top-tier professional haircare, skincare, and beauty brands while driving in-store and omni-channel sales.

What You’ll Do

- Client Consultations & In-Store Sales: Welcome walk-in trade and retail clients, offer expert routine recommendations, upsell complementary treatments, and hit achievable daily/monthly targets.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, inspiring retail space with eye-catching product merchandising and clear tester displays.
- Omni-Channel Customer Care: When foot traffic is steady, assist online customers via live chat, email tickets, and social inquiries with expert product advice and order support.
- Loyalty & Retention: Introduce new shoppers to our customer rewards program to drive repeat visits and wholesale accounts.

Who You Are
- Industry Background: A qualified or experienced hairdresser, salon stylist, dermal therapist,



or seasoned beauty retail specialist looking for regular daytime hours.
- Consultative Seller: You enjoy connecting with clients, matching products to hair and skin concerns, and securing the sale naturally through genuine expertise.
- Adaptable & Detail-Oriented: Confident switching between an in-depth product consultation and entering orders or navigating our inventory requirements
- Reliable & Professional: Punctual, articulate, and excited to be the welcoming face of our flagship space.
