Client Service Manager | Financial Planning

Fully remote | Full-time permanent | Immediate start An established financial planning business is seeking a highly experienced Client Service Manager to provide trusted, end-to-end support to one Senior Financial Adviser and coordinate workflow across a small client-service team.

This is a genuine remote onshore opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, complex advice implementation and keeping a team organised. You’ll support a sophisticated client base, including business owners and clients with SMSFs, investment structures.

The Opportunity

You’ll collaborate with one Senior Financial Adviser to manage a complex client portfolio of around 160 client groups. You’ll also coordinate workflow across the client-service team, with junior and outsourced support also available. You will replace a retiring team member with a good transition allowing you to get a great understanding of your role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage advice implementation
- Support complex matters including SMSFs and entity structures.
- Communicate with clients, providers, accountants and the Adviser.




- Maintain client records, documentation and workflows in Xplan and SharePoint.
- Assist with Centrelink-related administration where needed
- Run a weekly workflow meeting and help manage team capacity and priorities.

About You

- Proven financial-planning CSO or Client Service Manager experience.
- Robust Xplan skills and developing or confidence managing competing workflows.
- Experience with advice implementation and complex client structures.
- Clear, professional client communication and strong attention to detail.
