Client Services Administrator | Temporary to Permanent The Client My client is a well-established Perth accounting firm, part of a respected national and international network of independent accounting and advisory practices. They're seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis (minimum 3 months, potentially longer), with genuine scope to move into a permanent role.

This is an immediate start prospect, covering a period of extended leave within the admin team, and would suit someone who can hit the ground running.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super The Role Responsibilities Reporting into the firm's leadership, you'll provide broad administrative support across the practice, including EA support to the Senior Partner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- General administrative support - phones, meeting rooms, and day-to-day office coordination
- Maintaining and updating the firm's client database
- Managing the ATO lodgement program, including template reviews as part of the firm's ATOMate implementation




- EA support to the Senior Partner - diary and meeting management, producing board packs, and general admin support
- Document preparation and printing for partner-level meetings and reporting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

- Experience in an accounting practice administration role is essential
- XPM (Xero Practice Manager) experience required
- FYI experience required
- ATOMate experience essential
- Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with partners, managers, and clients
- Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure
- Comfortable with a mix of digital systems and traditional paper-based processes
