Our Business

Corporate Alliance Group is an Australian financial services business operating across two verticals: Corporate Alliance FX, which provides FX risk management and hedging to corporates managing currency exposure, and CAPAY, which handles payments and collections, domestic and cross-border, for businesses moving money at scale. Our core products span spot FX, forwards and structured hedging, and cross-border and domestic payments, giving clients the tools to manage risk and move money efficiently across borders.

We've grown fast and are now building the structure to support that growth. The clients and the revenue are established, and we are launching recent products regularly across both verticals, with a deepening commitment to the Australia–Asia corridor as we scale our presence across the region.

About the Role

We are hiring a Client Success Manager to work across both verticals, Corporate

Alliance FX and CAPAY. This is a genuinely hybrid position: you will own a portfolio of existing clients while also identifying and winning new business, rather than sitting purely within account management or sales.

How we service clients at scale is still being shaped, which means this role carries a clear remit but real latitude in how it is delivered. It will suit someone who is comfortable finding their own way rather than being handed an established process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio & Relationship Management

- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients across FX and payments, from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management.
- Understand each client's business well enough to identify where our products solve a genuine problem, and where they don't.

FX Execution & Advisory

- Execute FX deals directly with clients across spot, forwards, and options, talking clients through pricing and market context.

Business Development

- Identify and win new business through outbound activity, referral partners, and expansion within existing accounts.

Internal Stakeholder Engagement

- Work with internal stakeholders across dealing, compliance, operations, and product to progress client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Customer Focussed

- If you don’t live and breathe customer service, this is not the role for you. Every decision or action taken in this role is seen and considered through the lens of the customer.

Experience & Track Record
- Experience in FX, payments, banking, or B2B financial services; direct dealing experience is a strong plus but not essential where commercial instincts are strong.
- Able to hold a credible conversation with a CFO or finance manager about their exposures and payment flows.

Skills & Capabilities
- Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly across a range of stakeholders, from business owners to CFOs to our own compliance team.
- Proactive, with a track record of generating and following up on opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand.
- Well organised, able to prioritise across two verticals, a live client book, and an active pipeline.
- A quick learner, able to build product expertise across both FX and payments as our product set continues to expand.

Personal Attributes

- Entrepreneurial, comfortable working with a product set and a market rather than a fixed script.

- Comfortable thinking laterally, given that client problems here rarely have an off-the-shelf answer and the best outcomes often come from proposing something new.

Nice to Have

- Understanding of structured FX products such as participating forwards, knockouts, or TARFs.
- Familiarity with Australian payments infrastructure or AML/CTF obligations.
- A second language, particularly Mandarin.

Why This Role

You will be a part of a rapidly scaling FinTech organisation, with the opportunity to grow into new responsibilities and remits as the business expands its offerings in the market.

You’ll be working in a tight-knit office and will have exposure to senior leadership on a daily basis. On top of this, you will build a network of leaders in finance, payments, FX & global trade, with the autonomy to win business in a way that works for you.

You will sit across two businesses rather than one, giving you a wider product set and a broader view of how our clients actually operate. You bring in the client, you keep the client, and you will have a hand in shaping how we service them going forward. Our developers build towards customer feedback and solutions. This is a base plus commission role. You will earn on the new business you win and on the book you grow, so the upside is directly tied to what you bring in.

Reporting Structure

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Key Internal Relationships

- Head of Product – Payments and the Payments Specialists Team – partner function within the sales structure.
- Dealing, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams – day-to-day collaboration to deliver client outcomes.
- Corporate Alliance FX and CAPAY leadership – product and pricing support across both verticals.
