We are working closely with a boutique Project Management Advisory company, known for their great culture, strong leadership and hands-on management team The role will see you working client side joining an existing rail team engaged to provide solutions to future challenges brought on by delivering multiple major rail projects at the same time!

Working in a consultative environment, you will advise on coordinating how these projects should integrate and "move together", whether from a systems integration, possessions or delivery perspective. You will be advising on projects in pre-construction phase so have the ability to make a real difference in the project outcome

Coming from a site delivery background will enable you to draw on your own experience of overcoming project challenges, while your project/program management experience managing multiple projects will enable you to expertly consult into the client.

The Role

- Working in a consultative environment, provide solutions to delivery challenges associated with multiple major rail projects
- Build and nurture strong relationships with the client, key stakeholders and team
- Lead meetings, present findings to clients, and become a trusted advisor

To Be Suitable For The Role





- You will likely have a main contractor background in a rail delivery-focused setting and be looking to transition into a client side role, OR already be working in a client side PM advisory role
- 8+ years post-grad rail experience in hands-on project engineering / project and program management roles
- Experience across possessions planning / project integration would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and the ability to present confidently in front of clients/peers in meetings
- Degree qualification in Engineering, or similar
- Australian working rights (no sponsorship available for this role)
