We are currently recruiting for an established Aged Care Assessment Service seeking an experienced Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor for a 3-month locum contract with potential to extend.

What's on Offer?

- Work from home - no office attendance required
- 3-month locum contract with potential to extend
- Approximately 2 face-to-face assessments per day
- Community assessments across Casey, Cardinia, Mornington Peninsula and Frankston
- Assessments generally within approximately 30 minutes of your home base
- Complete documentation, care planning and follow-up remotely
- Join an established assessment service supporting older Australians

Key Criteria - You Must Have

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional
- Previous experience as an Aged Care Assessor
- MANDATORY:



Fully signed off as a Comprehensive Clinical Assessor under the My Aged Care Single Assessment System
- Completed all required My Aged Care and Department of Health training for clinical assessors
- Solid clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Experience working with older people across aged care, community, rehabilitation or acute settings
- Ability to travel throughout the designated South-Eastern Melbourne catchment
