Clinical Nurse – Residential Aged Care | $60 per hour Super Salary Packaging

An established residential aged care provider in the beautiful Barossa Valley is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join their stable and supportive clinical team. This is a outstanding prospect for an experienced aged care clinician looking for a role with genuine flexibility, strong clinical support and a well-established team environment.

The Opportunity

Working within a 100 bed residential aged care home, the Clinical Nurse will oversee the clinical care of approximately 60 residents, working alongside another Clinical Nurse and a well-resourced clinical and quality team.

Key highlights:

- $60 per hour superannuation salary packaging
- 100 bed residential aged care facility, split across two wings
- Two Clinical Nurses, each overseeing approximately 60 residents
- Full-time Quality Team providing dedicated clinical and quality support
- Full-time RN and EN positions within the Quality Team
- Flexible start and finish times to suit the successful candidate
- Strong clinical coverage across the site, including 3 RNs across night and morning shifts
- Stable and established team
- Very low on-call requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in residential aged care as a Clinical Nurse
- Clinical leadership experience within an aged care environment
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and compliance
- Sound knowledge of AN-ACC
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality resident care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with clinical, quality and operational team
