We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join the Central Intake and Acute Care Outreach Service (ACOS) at Wagga Wagga. You will play a key role in building the knowledge, skills and confidence of the nursing team through engaging, evidence-based education and tailored professional development. Supporting centralised intake, virtual and ambulatory care, you will help embed learning into clinical practice and promote safe, high-quality care, early intervention, hospital avoidance and continuity of care for older people across the Murrumbidgee.

As the CNE, and ideal candidate you will:

- Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional development programs aligned with the needs of the Central Intake and ACOS.
- Orient, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participants
- Promote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning culture
- Contribute to district-wide education, training and policy development
- Provide unit-based and individual education and skill support
- Delegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practice
- Maintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirements
- Participate in audits, quality activities and care delivery aligned with safety standards
