You will prepare and price tenders, manage timing and resources, provide cost estimates, calculate material costs, and perform site inspections.
Ideal candidates have remedial and residential project experience, robust estimating skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously; a Construction Management degree is preferred.
