We seek an experienced Breakfast Sous Chef to step into hands-on leadership and work closely with the Head Chef to establish a high-quality breakfast offering from the ground up.You will influence menus, develop kitchen systems, mentor a small team and help shape the food direction of this growing hospitality project.
