We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and relationship-focused person to join our team as a Clinician Membership Consultant.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building genuine connections, and helping create opportunities within the allied health, NDIS, and aged care sectors.

You will be responsible for engaging with interested clinicians, introducing people to our services, building relationships with clinicians, and helping shape our marketing and growth strategies. You'll use your people skills to support potential clinicians to understand what Therapy Coalition does, and proactively seek clinicians who are a suitable match. You’ll play an important role in expanding our network of allied health professionals and strengthening our presence across Australia.

This role is 100% work from home, open to applicants located anywhere in Australia. This role is full time, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up new leads to understand their needs and level of interest
- Conduct introduction sessions and conversations with prospective clients or partners
- Maintain regular follow-up communication and nurture relationships
- Connect with allied health clinicians through platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and other professional channels
- Build and maintain a strong network of allied health professionals
- Gather feedback from conversations and provide insights to improve our marketing approach




- Assist in identifying new opportunities and refining our outreach strategies
- Confidently use CRM systems, communication platforms, and new software tools

You are someone who

- Enjoys talking to people and building rapport over the phone
- Is naturally outgoing, warm, and confident in conversations
- Has robust communication and follow-up skills
- Is comfortable learning and using new technology and software systems
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations and relationships
- Enjoys networking and creating meaningful professional connections

Experience We’re Looking For Ideally, you will have previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Allied health
- NDIS
- Aged care
- Healthcare administration
- Client engagement or relationship management
- Recruitment or business development
