About the role

Are you a hospitality leader who loves being front-of-house, building great teams, and connecting with the local community? The Derby Sportsman’s Club is looking for a vibrant, hands-on Club Manager to run our day-to-day operations that wants to support and grow the Club to the next level!

What the role involves:

- Leading our bar, hospitality, and floor operations
- Rostering, training, and supporting our club staff
- Coordinating functions, club nights, and community events
- Managing stock, supplier orders, and day-to-day budgets
- Ensuring compliance with WA Liquor Licensing and safety regulations

What we’re looking for:

- Proven management experience in a licensed venue or sporting club
- Robust people skills and a genuine love for customer service




- Current WA Approved Manager Licence & RSA
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key club events
- Intermediate social media and marketing skills (desirable)
