$38.31 -$44.78 per hour + super | 5am-1pm | Temp-to-perm opportunity An established Gold Coast manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator for a long-term day-shift opportunity.

Working within a clean, precision-focused manufacturing environment, you will operate an Amada press brake producing stainless steel and aluminium components. This is high-mix, low-volume work, offering plenty of variety rather than repetitive production.

For the right person, this position offers a genuine pathway to permanent employment.

- Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm

Your responsibilities

- Set up and operate an Amada EHB-1303 press brake
- Read and interpret engineering drawings independently
- Produce components to tolerances of approximately ±0.5-1 mm
- Work with stainless steel and aluminium sheet
- Select tooling and make adjustments when required
- Complete machine setups and changeovers
- Perform basic programming at the machine




- Check finished components for accuracy and quality
- Undertake basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when required

What you'll need

- Previous CNC press brake operating experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Experience completing setups and tooling changeovers
- Positive understanding of bend sequences and tooling selection
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Confidence working to tight tolerances
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
- Reliable transport and availability to start at 5:00 am

Experience with Amada machinery or VPSS 4i software will be highly regarded, although candidates with strong experience operating similar CNC press brakes are encouraged to apply.
