About The Role Salvado Catholic College is seeking a highly organised and people-focused Human Resources Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of effective HR services across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Principal, this pivotal role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning and staff wellbeing for both teaching and non-teaching staff. Working closely with the College Leadership Team, you will provide professional HR advice and support while fostering a positive, values-driven workplace culture aligned with the College's Catholic ethos. This is an exciting prospect to contribute strategically to a growing school community and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

You Will

¿

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.

- Support workforce planning, staffing requirements and employment contract administration.

¿
- Provide HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations matters.

¿
- Ensure compliance with CEWA requirements,



employment legislation and staff accreditation obligations.

- Manage staff induction, exit processes and employment records.

About You

You are an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, relationships and building a positive workplace culture. You combine strong HR knowledge with excellent organisational skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

To Succeed, You’ll Need

- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within education or a complex organisational environment.
- Formal tertiary qualifications at Bachelor Level and/or prior experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- A sound working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements.

Qualifications Required
