The role

Our roastery team is seeking a Coffee Roaster to facilitate the full coffee production process.

You will





- Efficiently and precisely produce roasted coffee according to established methods and best practices.
- Work with the dispatch team to fulfil orders and work on time-critical tasks.
- Prepare green coffee, roasted coffee and packaging materials.
- Assist with other general warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Being a Junior role, it is open to applicants without direct prior roastery experience, a Barista or an individual with prior coffee industry experience and a strong wish to learn and expand their skill set are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate should possess the following:
- A true passion for exceptional coffee.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A conscientious, organized and independent approach to work.
- Methodical, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, given the right training.
