South Coast Baptist College is seeking a reliable, hardworking and friendly Cleaner to join our dedicated support team.

Our cleaner's play an key role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of the College. Working across classrooms, offices, staff areas, amenities and other allocated areas, you will help ensure our College facilities are clean, safe and welcoming for students, staff and visitors.

About the role

Working as part of the College support team, you will:

- Complete scheduled cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, staff areas, toilets and other allocated facilities.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the College.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas as required.
- Empty bins and replenish cleaning and bathroom supplies.
- Safely use and care for College cleaning equipment and products.
- Report hazards, damage, maintenance issues or other concerns to the Supervisor and follow College health and safety procedures.

- Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school, education facility or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Good time management and the ability to complete tasks according to agreed priorities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, professional and respectful manner.
- A positive and flexible approach to your work.
- The ability to follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety requirements.
- The ability to identify and report hazards, maintenance issues or other concerns appropriately.
