Genus is seeking an experienced Commercial / Contract Administrator to support our growing project portfolio in South Australia.

Working closely with our project and commercial teams, you will help manage contracts and subcontractors from procurement through to closeout. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that are expanding South Australia’s energy infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontract agreements
- Managing variations, progress claims and payment assessments
- Maintaining accurate commercial records, registers and correspondence
- Supporting procurement, tender evaluations and subcontractor engagement
- Monitoring contract performance, costs and commercial risks
- Working with project teams to resolve contractual matters and support project delivery

About You:





- Experience as a Contracts Administrator on construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects
- Sound understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills and a practical, cooperative approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting systems
