Role: Communications Manager (Health, Safety & Wellness) – Financial Services

Location: North Sydney with 1 day WFH

Rate: $740 plus super per day

Job Type: 3-month contract with immediate start; potential extension or permanency

Your new role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications Manager to support a number of high-profile campaigns and strategic programs. You will play a key role in developing and delivering internal communications strategies that engage employees across a large and complex organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and delivering end-to-end internal communication plans and campaigns
- Creating engaging content across multiple channels including articles, videos, surveys and leadership communications
- Supporting major wellbeing and safety initiatives including annual awareness campaigns and recent program launches
- Translating complex and sensitive topics into clear, engaging and employee-focused messaging




- Partnering with senior stakeholders, communications teams and external agencies to maximise reach and engagement
- Providing strategic communications advice to business leaders and project teams
- Monitoring campaign effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in internal communications within a large corporate environment
- Strong campaign planning, content creation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience communicating complex, regulated or sensitive subject matter
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- A creative and proactive approach to employee engagement and communications
- Experience within health, safety, wellbeing, financial services, government, healthcare or another regulated environment will be highly regarded
