About the company Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage 3 x Community and Stakeholder Engagement****Officers.This position is located in their busy Sydneyoffice for an initial contract from ASAP until 30/11/2026 with possible extensions.

About the PositionThe Community and Stakeholder Engagement Officer will support the delivery of communication and engagement activities across projects and programs, helping to keep communities, customers and stakeholders informed and connected. The role will contribute to community consultation, stakeholder engagement, events, communications and issues management while working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.

Duties

- Support community engagement and consultation activities
- Develop clear stakeholder communications and materials
- Coordinate workshops, events and information sessions
- Monitor community enquiries, issues and risks
- Build strong stakeholder and community relationships

Requirements/Skills

- Community engagement or communications experience




- Solid written and verbal communication
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisation
- Government or service delivery experience
- Current Australian driver's licence
