Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker looking for a role where you can build a genuine connection with one participant and make a meaningful difference every day? We’re looking for experienced female Support Workers to provide 1:1 support to a young woman living in the Glass House Mountains.

She is a young woman with ASD Level 3, is non-verbal and has significant support needs. She benefits from consistency, patience and workers who take the time to understand her communication, routines and interests.

What could your day look like?

This is a genuine 1:1 role, giving you the opportunity to get to know the participant, understand what she enjoys and support her to take part in everyday activities. Her interests include Sensory activities and messy play, Watching movies and baking.

You’ll also provide support with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, household tasks while helping to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Shifts Available

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm + sleepover (allowance $140)

A role where your experience matters

This is a high-support 1:1 environment, suited to experienced Support Workers who are confident, resilient and understand the importance of consistency. You’ll be supported by an established team, with access to ongoing professional development, specialised training and guidance from Teams Leaders and Case Managers.





A strong understanding of Behaviour Support Plans and Restrictive Practices is essential for this role.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience supporting complex behaviours and using effective de-escalation strategies
- Is confident following Behaviour Support Plans and established Restrictive practices
- Is comfortable supporting personal care and daily living activities
- Is reliable and committed to providing consistent support
- Is a strong communicator who works well as part of a wider support team

Essential Requirements

- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Quality, Safety and You module
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
